      Developed, launched and promoted a new, online distribution channel for key business partners; managed a sales team and personally managed the top company accounts. Transformed off-line channels into digital. 35% cost cuts achieved through slashing the off-line media (CDs & floppy disks), the digital channel produced $50000 in year 1 and over $150000 in year 2 of my remit, the delivery TTM changed from monthly, weekly & daily periods to instantaneous one through Internet. Programme was on time and under budget by 5%, Hard costs of CRM operations decreased by 23% ($10+M to $8M) through centralising on one SaaS platform and closing other legacy tools, CSAT over 90%, administration time cut by 30%, reporting became instantaneous as opposed to around a week in Excel spreadsheets, time to market or focus on the right opportunities was improved by 25% through better forecasting (the range changed from +/- 20% to +/- 15%) and other soft benefits that could not be quantified, such as better operating model, better data consistency and standardisation and more streamlined processes.
