  I was the main programmer of an ongoing collaboration between CFisUC, a theoretical group at the University Of Barcelona, and an experimental group at the Instituto de Medicina Molecular (iMM). The main task was to build from scratch a computational model aimed at describing quantitatively the alteration of the shape of two erythrocytes when in contact as a function of their adhesion, in Python.

  Program named New Talents in Artificial Intelligence (NTIA) where ten students around the country are chosen to develop a project related to AI. I worked with programmers at the CISUC to develop a model to estimate the pre-seizure time (preictal time) from drug-resistant patients with epilepsy using non-supervised methods to reduce the dimensionality of the problem as well as classify the periods, in Python.

  In this summer internship, I was involved in a project to forecast the values of different sensors from a biomedical context, using Machine Learning models, such as ARIMA, Prophet, and LSTM. I was responsible for creating an entire ML pipeline - after the data acquisition until the predictions - for the process which was later evaluated by my supervisors.
