  At my current role at Madson Black , I serve as a design engineer.I am responsible for overseeing the creation of bespoke fixtures such as lighting and furniture for our clients.In addition, I am constantly reviewing our business processes to identify areas for growth. For example, I successfully incorporated 3D scanning into our design process, enhancing our capabilities.Moreover, I took the initiative to review our existing manufacturing process and implemented a strategic plan to increase overall efficiency, resulting in significant time and cost savings for the company.Furthermore, I have organized and managed restoration projects, with my largest undertaking involving the restoration of 150 luminaires. This project showcased my ability to effectively coordinate resources and deliver successful outcomes within a challenging timeline. Show less
