  I joined as Site Engineer / Electromechanical Engineer and progressed to the level of Project Manager – MEP. As a MEP Manager, I am accountable for I overall project planning and execution of MEP projects. Preparing the documented design inputs, reviewing the engineering drawings along with the documented design and supporting new development and improvement projects. Increasing productivity by preparing work shop drawing for electrical, drainage, water supply, and fire alarm and firefighting system. Formulating Load scheduled for Electrical loads for new projects and prepares all the documents required by Government Authority to take the approval for the related works. Coordinating reflected ceiling drawing with all the MEP services, involving Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Low current system and A/C works. Improving overall performance by making work man scheduled and progress scheduled for daily site progress for main contractor work program and for consultant review. Eliminating risks by maintaining safety and quality control at the site for MEP works around the site and workers. Tendering of multi-story building and Residential villas for Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting works. I am responsible for developing coordination drawings of all MEP services, including mechanical services. Performing root cause analysis, managing design guidelines, best practices, past program lessons learned and competitive product benchmarking information. Show less
