  Having led successfully the Corporate Finance France franchise in 2009-2013, I was put in charge of all businesses of Deutsche Bank in France from May 2013, comprising markets, corporate finance, asset & wealth management and global transaction banking. I was instrumental in pulling together the circa 250 staff and fostering a culture of cross divisional cooperation and increased accountability. DB received the award of best capital markets bank and the award of best international bank in France in 2014 from the Decideurs magazine. DB led successfully 12 out of 13 IPOs done on the French market in 2014-2015. Selected notable deals: advising Vivendi on its sale of SFR to Altice in 2014, Alcatel-Lucent on its various refinancing and capital increase transactions, Europcar, Tarkett and GTT on their IPOs, structuring and successfully completing the IPO of Mediawan the first French SPAC.
