      Client On Boarding – performing risk assessments, KYC, DD, AML, Credit, CDD checks. Reviewing existing client files for accuracy and completeness and conducting periodic KYC refreshers dependent upon risk rating.Screening prospective/existing clients for sanctions, PEP exposure and adverse media to determine whether they are within risk appetite.Client onboarding -Managing onboarding for allocated clients across Financial Derivatives including Futures and Options, Equity Options, Interest Rate Swaps and Cash Bonds from start to finish.Assisting with implementing and updating the firm’s compliance monitoring program (CMP) as and when necessary and maintaining the compliance manual/ policies and procedures.Investigating and assisting with broker regulatory and exchange (e.g. Eurex, ICE and CME) queries.Managing and administering online compliance training to staff such as AML and anti-bribery / corruption & Market Abuse and information security and cyber risk awareness.Trade surveillance, communication reviews (emails, calls, IM and IB chats) over multiple platforms including Bloomberg and Mimecast.Assisting in client setup on internal systems.Covering certain aspects of the HR process at the firm.
