On the Bihar Electrification Project, I was primarily responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the High Powered Incentive scheme and also worked on the cleaning and analysis of the survey and administrative data. As a Senior Research Associate, I was working on Rajasthan Electricity Project and was responsible for data management, cleaning and analysis along with government interaction for approvals and project implementation. I managed a team of five monitors to collect electricity consumption data and performing analysis on the same.I also supported the scoping exercise for a similar project in Punjab.
