  My responsibilities include:1. Collection and analysis of gas and water samples in volcanic and geothermal areas in the Lesser Antilles.2. Develop and maintain geothermal monitoring databases. 3. Deploy and maintain scientific instruments in remote areas under challenging conditions.4. Provide scientific and administrative support for volcano monitoring efforts.5. Provide periodic support as Director (Ag.) of the MVO and SRC.6. Conduct research on the health effects of geothermal/volcanic fluids and emissions.7. Assist in Public Education activities including student lectures, public exhibits, and promotional work.8. Assist in administrative functions, including sales and distribution of published works and merchandise; conference and workshop organization; coordination of departmental seminars.9. Prepare grant proposals and reports.10. Train and supervise postgraduate students. Show less
