  Management: Managing a team of 23 Interns. Overseeing 45 tutoring and mentoring sessions and ascertaining they are operating smoothly. Coordinating with 4 schools and 3 colleges in order to provide opportunities to the students. Administering the salesforce platform and articulating data in the same. Handling and cleaning data to have a clear picture of the performance. Analyzing and creating visuals to present the data for our team and supporters to follow the progress of our mission. Innovation: Initiated compulsory English language to be verbalized by the underprivileged students to amend their language skills. Introduced activity sessions of English language during vacations.. Infused quarterly tests with rewards to incentivize the students and review their progress. Organizational: Planned a methodical functioning of the education program. Interviewing and recruiting suitable candidates for the tutoring program. Providing solutions to the problems and issues faced by the Interns and Kids. Hosting meetings and community visits to be updated about the ongoing programs.Assistance: Coordinating with the schools and colleges to enroll the students. Distributing winter bags that consist of winter essential things to the underprivileged. Providing food packets during COVID 19 to the vulnerable families.
