      • Head of high school recruiting; tasked with finding players who were fits athletically and could also handle the high academic standards held in the UC system • Worked to set yearly budget and team apparel orders; set annual schedule of games and practices • Collaborated closely with equipment room, facilities staff, and other departments on campus to ensure proper preparation and that all needs for the team were met • Spearheaded fundraising, including annual letter campaigns and wine tasting and live/silent auction events; helped raise over $40,000 annually • Was in charge of team logistics; organized food, transportation, and hotel arrangements for away road trips • Ran four summer camps, both off site and residential camps in summer, as well as spring 7v7 that brought more than 300 players to campus annually • Managed video breakdown for team, including video exchange with opponents, opponent scouting, as well as team video reviews to improve play on field • Attended annual coaches convention to continue to improve elite level knowledge, tactics, and skill instruction • Hired coaching staff to fill roles within program • Trained staff on UC policies, rules, and standards Show less
