Starting in a retail position and progressed to supervisor within three years. Managing shop floor team of eight staff for six years. During this time began and completed distance learning degree with merit with Anglia Ruskin University. Completed qualifying exams in September of 2012 Customer facing retail sales.Liaising with professional staff and in-house lab to provide the best possible customer experience.
