Optimizations of E-beam, optical lithography, and physical deposition techniques to fabricate nano-electronic devices such as synthesized 2-D materials-based FET, photodetectors, and MOS-Capacitors followed by their electrical characterizations using I-V, C-V, and pulsed I-V methods.3.
