  I have been commissioned by several top Civil Society and Non-governmental organizations to create and facilitate organizational development, leadership/management development, and performance management programs in education.I provide key support for volunteers in areas of literacy development, community communication, and implementation of innovative educational approaches for out of school children.I develop and collaborate with partner organizations to develop literacy lessons.I consult with schools to identify student learning needs and provide recommendations for assessment.I have designed curriculum and training modules for different outreaches to out of school children programs. I planned with other partners a series of workshops and seminars on “Reading is Fun” for secondary schools in Calabar and Kaduna.I worked with school administrators in three schools in Kaduna, Sokoto and Cross River States to Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to update procedures, processes and policies to ensure training material reflected current and comprehensive information. This had led many of my pupils to discover their latent skills. One of my students was shortlisted for the Rainbow Creative Writing contest for primary school pupils in 2020. The artworks of my students have also appeared in national Dallies in Nigeria. I, on a tri-monthly basis Plan and implement educational activities and events such as field trips to the industries and excursions to parks and sports centres. The purpose is to give pupils a more exploratory learning experience.
