Main duties involved being responsible for the day to day running of the business while spending a large proportion of time collecting / delivering goods between the depots in Glasgow, Tarbert and Islay. General maintenance of the vehicles was also part of the weekly activities.

  Main duty involves driving an articulated Viver truck transporting live shellfish around the UK and as far as Europe. This work involves working long unsociable hours while living away from home during the week. Dealing with fishing boats and shellfish processors during the collection and delivery of goods is an important duty of the job. General maintenance is part of my weekly activities to ensure all vehicle equipment (fridges, engines, etc) is kept to a high standard. I occasionally work on one of the Companies creel fishing boats to cover for crew members on holiday. During quiet periods throughout the Winter, I am contracted out to drive for local transport companies. 部分表示

  I worked offshore as an E-Line Operator. Main duties involve operating the wireline winch, assemble and perform perforating and jet cutting operations, setting plugs, running logging tools, making up and checking tools/ tool strings/ cableheads, general maintenance of the wireline unit/ power pack/ drum modules, well control. I also assist in other activities surrounding the job in hand. I am cross trained in Slickline operations. I started on workshop duties, redressing wireline tools, familiarising myself with lubricators, risers, stuffing boxes, wireline safety valves, tool catchers etc. After a month in the workshop i went offshore, main tasks were, making up tool strings, redressing tools, checking over the unit, opening and closing the well, pressure testing, bleeding down, also basic day to day activities surrounding Well Service Operations.

  worked as a field engineer running, MWD/LWD, high/low angle multi shot surveys, single shot orientations, either on wireline or a drop keeper. I have a very important role as I cover operations worldwide, this consists of, running the service, communicating with the company reps, working alongside drill and deck crews on a daily basis.
