Interpreted the regulations for CDBG, HOME, and HOPE funds and designed programs that met HUD's criteria for the City of Rockford's Community Development Department. Developed educational material for the City of Rockford's housing programs. Founding member of the Rockford Area Affordable Housing Coalition.
