  Lead a talented group of watershed ecologists, volunteers and community activists in habitat restoration of Ojai streams. Wrote several grant applications (lead or co-author) to Southern California Wetlands Recovery Program, U.S. Fish and Wildlife and California Dept. of Fish and Wildlife and have been awarded over $900K in funds to restore degraded streams in the Ventura River Watershed. Over 200 volunteers have joined the effort and the committee is growing.
