  Oversees three ASPCA medical programs employing approximately 130 employees. The ASPCA Animal Hospital provides access to veterinary care for animals whose owners are experiencing financial challenges. The Animal Recover Center (ARC) and Canine Annex for Recovery and Enrichment (CARE) provide life-saving medical treatment and behavioral interventions for animal victims of cruelty and neglect. I was brought in as a change leader and successfully implemented organizational goals and mission alignment. In addition, I developed a stellar leadership team that increased the quality of patient care, client experience and staff engagement. During COVID-19, I and my leadership team provided crisis management to keep all three programs open and functioning and launched telemedicine to assist more animals while social distancing.   With 5 partners, designed the facility, oversaw remodeling and opened a new veterinary emergency facility. Acted as Business Manager for the practice including budgeting, purchasing, inventory, client communications, staffing and marketing. Sold the practice to an employee veterinarian for a profit. Gained the owner’s mindset which I now bring to bear in all my work.
