  I established a successful music (and film post-) production facility and was fully responsible for its day-to-day operations until 2019 (www.studiomecanique.ch). Since then, the steering of the company has been shared with colleagues as my career took an academic turn. The key achievements in this role have included:- The management of over 200 projects, ensuring that deadlines were met, budgets respected and that the quality of outputs furthered clients' prospects,- Mentoring six assistants, providing work experience, sharing expertise and building skills,- The development of business acumen, anticipating market changes and restructuring the company accordingly,- The opportunity to work in almost all European countries, building an extensive international network of fellow musicians and engineers,- Participation in prestigious events such as Montreux Jazz Festival, Paléo Festival, and Fête des Vignerons (2019).   During my time at Artas Foundation (artasfoundation.ch), I contributed to several projects including:- The management of art projects in Switzerland and Armenia,- Coordination of the making of the book and website "Arts in Peace Mediation" (art-in-mediation.ch),- The organisation, moderation and presentation of public events,- The production of content (newsletters, fundraising, reporting, etc.).

  IRMA explores how the seemingly unrelated fields of international relations and music influence each other, and supports and implements music projects that contribute to a more equitable world. My role is to manage the administration, PR, fundraising, as well as project logistics and contingency planning. I am involved in the design and implementation of IRMA's current activities, which involve cultural participation projects in conflict regions, climate change advocacy through audio artworks, and the support of like-minded organisations.
