  Designed and carried out portions of the development for the creation or enhancement of web applications and data interfaces for the service contract and service call system, Openuptime (OUT). In addition to applications mentioned in the previous position, this included enhancements such as Branding, Automated Contract Renewals, New Offerings and Partner Pricing. Managed and architected the service contract upgrades from OUT to the new version of the application named M4. This was very complicated as it included modifications to all of our front end applications and data interfaces that had been created over the course of 2 decades in addition to teaching the business how to use the new M4 software. It was quite a paradigm shift for them. Earned a Green Belt managing a project that reduced the time for service contract billing from a full business week to a single day. Managed the project that upgraded our credit card capture and utilization functionality to make it PCI compliant.   Spent the last several years traveling the western states and hiking many of our phenomenal national parks such as Glacier, Yellowstone, Zion, Bryce Canyon and many more. I'm also an avid hiker in the Pacific Northwest having hiked many trails in the Cascade Range, Columbia Gorge, Coast Range, Oregon Coast, Willamette Valley and Eastern Oregon. I’ve also section hiked the Pacific Crest Trail and plan on doing more someday. However, one can only do this for so long and I've discovered that I want to work again. Show less
