      Maintains all training support materials; prepares materials for advising the unit commander on unit mobilization posture and requirements; provides the information required for the unit status report; conducts preparatory visits as required to training sites to ensure availability of and to procure required training areas, range, and training equipment. Develops and maintains all training records; monitors, schedules, and prepares training; assists Soldiers in personnel actions and schedules service school attendance; advises on deployment training; plans and executes unit mobilization plans; operates ATRRS and other training systems; maintains positive control of over $20,000,000 budget. Directs plans, coordinates, manages and completes tasks relevant to the mission of the Physical Security Services for the S2 (Security Officer) with full responsibility for designing, developing, coordinating, and planning physical security and crime prevention programs. responsibility over the Security Guard Force through a subordinate Supervisory Guard and several subordinate Lead Guards. Incumbent has overall responsibility for managing a large guard workforce with the primary function of providing security for the purpose of protecting physical property, conventional arms and ammunition, and personnel on the depot from criminal elements, sabotage, attempted espionage, or direct attack by enemy or terrorist inspired forces and has responsibilities for additional missions such as assisting the NAS Security Division conduct access control to the installation. Responsible for providing twenty-four hour protective measures for the depot, to include both personnel and property. Responsible for all training and administrative actions related to the Security Guard Force. Advice subordinates of new or revised regulations, policies, and procedures.
