  Development Coordinator

  The Development Coordinator is a motivated, organized and integral team member that provides high-level programmatic and executive support to all facets of CVMC’s philanthropy and related outreach.The Development Coordinator ensures the smooth function of all philanthropic operations, includingmanaging gift processing, correspondence and acknowledgements, and donor communications, as wellas maintaining and reporting accurate donor and department information. The position supports thedevelopment of fundraising campaigns, annual giving solicitations, and donor events. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, superb attention to detail and deadlines, astrong ability to track and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and changing environment, and excellent oraland written communication skills for internal and external communications of all kinds. The positionreports to and supports the Director of Development in all aspects of achieving the goals of thedevelopment strategy and annual plan, including increased cultivation and solicitation of philanthropicdollars, and collaborates closely with UVM Health Network development colleagues.
