First semester modules included Research Methods, Managing Complexity, International Negotiations and Coaching, in which I achieved a first-class grade level. The second semester modules are Strategy and Decision Making, Leadership and Organisational Dynamics. The second semester modules are Strategy and Decision Making, Leadership and Organisational Dynamics. The dissertation project conducted in the program was focused on the power balances, and its effect on the employees, in the healthcare sector in the south of Norway. The study had 101 participants through depth interviews and a survey. It was awarded the grade 82. Show less

Activities and Societies: Security manager in the universities night clubs. This study was focused on development of nations in need, and how to aid local immigrants transition. Part of the study included a two months study trip to Indonesia, where the group travelled to local communities and research the happiness, to compare the situation in relation to the GDP levels of the country. The results proved that the GPD index can be incredibly misleading, and that communities are able to create happiness in extremely low income situations.

Activities and Societies: Student council This year was a fantastic experience. I was lucky to be a part of a series of trips in the beautiful Norwegian nature. We had hikes on foot and on skis in the mountains, canoeing on the lake, kayaking in the ocean, learnt how to hunt and handle small boats. Naturally, these types of situations brings challenges, from the nature, equipments and people. For example, one of the self-directed hikes I was on with a small groups were faced with a meter of snow, when the forecast had predicted non. We… Show more This year was a fantastic experience. I was lucky to be a part of a series of trips in the beautiful Norwegian nature. We had hikes on foot and on skis in the mountains, canoeing on the lake, kayaking in the ocean, learnt how to hunt and handle small boats. Naturally, these types of situations brings challenges, from the nature, equipments and people. For example, one of the self-directed hikes I was on with a small groups were faced with a meter of snow, when the forecast had predicted non. We were unprepared and it was challenging. However, this is one of the most valued experiences I have in managing a team through hard times. It was quite an awarding experience, where I learnt much about the different elements of creating and running an event, how to understand the customer basis, and how to reach them. The event was about mental and physical preparedness for victims, potential victims and friends of victims of physical assault.
