      Tehachapi Renewable Transmission Project, Segments 4-11, Southern California EdisonSan Bernardino, Los Angeles County, California, (2010 – June 2013)Environmental field lead for Work Package 3, Segments 7 & 8 of TRTP. Responsibilities include coordination with Owner’s Engineer (OE) management team, Southern California Edison (SCE) Environmental Coordinator, SCE Biological and Cultural Subject Matter Experts, and the construction contractors. As well as managing the contractors for environmental compliance with CEQA, NEPA, BO, ITP, 404 permits, project mitigation measures and SWPPP compliance. Daily activities in the field include understanding and disseminating construction schedule information, ensuring proper surveys can be completed and construction monitors assigned, attending tailboard safety meetings, verifying disturbance area staking, coordinating daily construction activity with the contractor, maintaining a daily check-in/check-out log of environmental monitors and personel on the ROW, coordinating schedule with the biological and cultural field leads, communicate and verify any potential noncompliance issues with the contractor and their environmental team, communicating resolution to SCE and construction management team and use of the Field Reporting Environmental Database. Show less Lake Fort Smith Reservoir Expansion, City of Fort SmithCrawford County, Arkansas (2002- 2010)The archaeological project consisted of Phase I investigations of 40,000 acres, Phase II testing of 25 sites, and Phase III mitigations of seven sites, coordination with US Forest Service and US ACOE, a programmatic agreement with Native American tribes to satisfy NEPA and Section 106 project requirements. Responsibilities included, crew chief, field management, excavation and water screening, site mapping with a Total Station, recording site information and maintaining FSN and photo logs, feature excavation and recording, photography, archival research, report writing and editing, creating topographic site maps and photo figures, artifact analysis, cataloging and curation.
