SME for use of calcium based raw materials in glass, chemical, and non-ferrous industries. - Provided technical support for air pollution control, glass, chemical and non-ferrous markets by interfacing with customers and troubleshooting their equipment along with assisting the sales team during contract negotiations maintaining and gaining market share. - Collaborated with customers and vendors to determine permanent DSI system process design including injection rate calculations, combustion calculations, and injection location meeting the specified acid gas emission guarantees.- Managed on-site customer field trials for electric utilities, industrial facilities, cement kilns and waste incinerators for acid gas emission reduction. - Directed laboratory research and development effort from conception to production resulting in four products available to market.- Developed and implemented bench to pilot scale test apparatuses to simulate full-scale processes in order to test product efficiency. - Promoted new products by coordinating commercial full scale production trials and performance testing on multi-million dollar pieces of equipment.- Developed case study literature based on demonstrations and calcium based reagent quality for marketing, conference, and website material.- Provided technical training to internal and external customers to promote sales.- Served as an officer on the Zero Injury Safety Team.
