  Deployed to Iraq from November 2005 to November 2006. Implemented data integration from complex IT systems (combination of intelligence, source, detainee, and biometric system data). Set up and conducted biometrics collection/cataloging using Biometrics Automated Toolset System (BATS); and conducted interrogations, source operations, and liaison support. Wrote over 300 reports with 12 published at the national level while working against tight deadlines. Prepared legal reviews and reported detainee statuses to the Judge Advocate. Interviewed and developed formal relations with Iraqi security officials and civilians. Reviewed and managed all travel, relocation and financial requests for over 1,000 soldiers while stateside.   As the Microsoft Program Manager for the DoD's $10B Joint Warfighting Cloud Capability (JWCC) contract, led contract transition-in, the stand up of Microsoft's Program Management Office (PMO), and cloud contract delivery to the DoD over the first year. Provided the Department of Defense a faster, lower cost way to buy commercial cloud services at every classification and Impact Level. Increased cloud services directly available to the DoD, including providing the ability to operate in both connected and disconnected environments. Responsible for risk analysis and mitigations, implementing quality controls, reporting, stakeholder engagement, schedule management, and the launch of custom capabilities and tools. Named a Platinum Club member for influential leadership and delivering exceptional impact.Prior to leading JWCC, managed large, enterprise cloud programs with multiple projects, workstreams, and external and internal teams. Developed, monitored, and reported program schedules and milestones, ensuring the successful implementation of program objectives. Partnered with customers and stakeholders to drive enterprise digital transformations and AI solutions via cloud adoption and automation/machine learning (ML) services out of Microsoft's Customer Success team.
