  I co-created Talantlers with the ambition for it to become a first rank HR player in Luxembourg, regrouping under the same roof all of HR services (recruitment, training, coaching, HR projects, employee benefits, etc.) – in other words – an external HRBP, serving business by bringing relevant HR solutions. I left Talantlers in the hands of Roman in 2020 to focus on RESUMEN, a project that was started as a spin off and quickly became a company in and of itself.
