Arrange risk analysis meeting and come out possible solution prior trial run.2. Conduct Pre-production meeting with knowledge of cross auditing all pre-production.3. Adjust measurement by reviewing size set and initial prior bulk cutting Approval.4. Understand buyer requirements and tune factory quality according to buyer’s preference.5. Set each and every process machine to machine and ensure right quality is achieved.6. Capable of amending patterns.7. Maintain finishing process to achieve required quality of product.8. Implement and maintain Quality system and audit procedure from fabric to shipment.9. Inline audit at production process (take control from beginning for material, cutting, Sewing, finishingprocess and packaging)10.
