Accomplished 100% 5-star ratings for all the programs which led to quality testimonials and improved trust.ACHIEVEMENTS: - Ideating FitRim and accomplishing the motive behind it: By 2022, apart from student groups, more than 200 women benefited from 1:1 sessions and successfully corrected their lifestyles. - Professional Speaker for AICTE ATAL Faculty Development Program, 2020: Executed wellness sessions and delivered presentations as per the planned schedule for the AICTE program. - Executed wellness programs for NIT, Andhra Pradesh Induction Program (2021-2022): Planned and presented to over 1700 students, in the context of physical and mental wellness, for the Induction Program. - Panelist & Speaker for BITSAA Global Meet 2023 Conference: Honored for successful career achievements in diverse/nontraditional fields. - Presenter and Speaker for MPower & Sahaaya 2021: Delivered a presentation on how to productively channel physical exercise for mental health.   The mantra "Samprati Hum" means “I am now. I am complete the way I am now. Whatever and however I am now, that is me and I am complete”. Chetana Samprati means to live, be, and exist, in the NOW of life. To make it simple, it means to live in the moment and in the flow. This is one of my biggest learnings from the past few years and hence is a no-brainer to name my next step as this.Chetana Samprati is all I have been doing until now (exercise and strength training, yoga, nutrition, lifestyle correction) PLUS a lot more focus on deeper consultations, mindset techniques, mental well-being, philosophy of living to excel, the concept of positive language, the power of discipline, simple daily superpowers that can be accommodated easily to live long and strong.Here’s to many more meaningful sessions of training, consulting, learning together, and growing better!All of us know how important it is to stick to our belief system in today’s world of social media filled with uninformed and copied content, scammers, lurers, and whatnot. I am glad I stuck to my inner voice. Another thing that I made sure to maintain in my current profession is congruence with myself, congruence with my knowledge, and authenticity. I can say that just continuing to stick to these would be my yardstick of success. Show less
