(These training programs will be used for new hire on-boarding, upskilling the current team, to support career growth/development, and increase productivity, effectiveness and flexibility of resources). My primary contributions were in evaluating the training needs for Product, Technology & Cloud (Engineering & Cloud Hosting); organizing and managing all learning activities for US, India & Canada with the Global Learning Team to execute strategic direction for learning.I successfully ran in-house training covering new employee inductions, DRIVE-IN’s and Technical training.
