      I was the welcoming face to all the members of the Credit Union. I would greet the members and assign a Memberservice Representative to help them with their banking needs. I also managed the safety deposit boxes, served as a supervisor for all PIN operations for Debit and ATM cards. As well as submitted, approved and contacted online VISA Platinum Rewards applications. I also worked as a back up teller, as I was promoted to branch receptionist after 5 months of being a part-time teller.
