My responsibilities included the following:  Responsible for operation & maintenance activities of utilities such as HVAC, Fire-fighting, Plumbing and Air-Compressor system as per manufacturer's instructions and established SOPs. Responsible for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of various stretch blow molding, extrusion blow molding, in-mold labeling and plastic injection molding machines etc. Supervise execution of mechanical Infrastructure works. Detail reviewing of design report, working drawings, BOQ and technical submittals. Inspection and approval of upcoming material and equipment related to MEP as per BOQ. Preparing project implementation schedules and official procedure of all type of Tender Work.  Conducting internal weekly meeting to resolve the issues and upcoming challenges.   It was an honor to be a part of Pakistan’s leading biscuits manufacturing company. EBM has an annual production capacity of over 180,000 tons; the largest in the country and one of the largest in the region. My responsibilities included the following: Being a Shift Engineer in Utilities, I was responsible for O&M, troubleshooting and maintaining all kinds of utilities equipment as per manufacturer recommendations & according to EBM strategy i.e. HVAC, refrigeration, water treatment, plumbing, water softeners, mini boilers, heat exchanger, cold rooms, freezer rooms, plant electrical panel ACs, IT data centers ACs, UPS & offices ACs, oil free air compressors, building lifts and SNG plant etc. and ensuring maximum availability of utilities to facilitate production.  Responsible to conduct health assessment surveys for critical equipment. Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance jobs. To carry out RCA of maintenance requests to minimize re-occurrence.  Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.  Ensue and sustain maintenance check list of all plant equipment ensuring zero break down. Responsible for in time acknowledgment of MEP spares to the concerned & proper follow-up. Detailed knowledge of tender document includes the scope of work, technical submittal, value engineering, BOQ, Shop and MEP coordination drawing. Monitor Contractors doing projects under department. I was deputed at The Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN), QF, NST & SMP Jubilee Town- Lahore, site from MEP Solutions, here my responsibilities included the following:  Responsible to monitor operation & maintenance works which include Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Medical Gases, HVAC, Water Softener plant, Process Pumping, septic water tanks, water wells and Firefighting system across the hospital in compliance to the PPMs issued by the client and ensuring all effective report work including all auditory preparation and checklists.  Responsible responds to, and resolves complaints raised by occupants in a systematic and professional manner with follow up correspondence and manual customer satisfaction surveys.  Responsible to review the maintenance routine for each utility and facility system and ensure the routines are sufficiently detailed to maintain the performance of the system based on the equipment supplier recommendations or operational experience.  Responsible to carry out repairs and fix any defects which appear in the project, so that, at the end of the agreement, the project is in the condition required by the contract.  Plans the need and feasibility of minor additions, modifications and alterations to existing facilities as and when required.  Participating in the design of such modifications to ensure that the desired goals are being achieved.  Responsible to coordination with other sub-contractors, vendors, and client for the purpose of cooperation and execution of project.  Complete liaison with management and keep them updated about the progress of ongoing works.
