I presented my findings to the company and wrote an article on the water use of cricket production compared to traditional agriculture. The article was published in a campaign around water scarcity in cooperation with Bio-planet and Aveve.

Led consultations and built networks with both public and private sector partners.   Serving as the main liaison between Belgium and the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). Ensuring alignment between national experts, EFSA panels, and EU-level initiatives. Strengthening stakeholder engagement and fostering scientific collaboration both within Belgium and across the EU.
