  Working for Out-Patient Department (OPD) of Shaukat Khanam Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre (SKMCH&RC), I was able to know the working of the backbone department of a hospital.I used the give lab reports to the patients, free residence receipts to the needy and to guide patients to the concerned departments.I worked with the team which schedules the appointment timings of certain patients with their consultants; some were scheduled even for six months in advance.I answered the queries by dealing with the patients and attendants face-to-face and on phone calls.   Being associated with Project Management Department of Operation Boilers (OB), I gained sound knowledge of how a project is started and how it is worked upon until completion.I was closely worked with- Design Department- Procurement Department- Manufacturing Area- Welding Area- Paint Area- Galvanising Department- Sand Blasting Area- Shop (New Equipment)- Maintenance Area- Sheet Bending Area- Quality Assurance Department- Radiology Department.In order to complete the assignments, I worked with almost all departments of the Business Area located in Lahore; gathering relevant information from the concerned departments.At the end of internship, I gained the maximum knowledge and using the most out of it to serve the industry.I had the opportunity of leading the team of interns to gather information from the manufacturing area. The task was completed in time and I was highly appreciated.I also visited the site of Bhikki Power Plant, near Sheikhupura, which was two months short of its inauguration. Storage Tanks.- Designed Water Surge Drum Pressure Vessel for RTIP-Aromatics, Al-Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on COMPRESS.- As for heat exchangers, I used ASPEN EDR for designing Regeneration Gas Pipeline Super-heater Shell-and-Tube Heat Exchanger for Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Limited (GASCO, Habshan 5, Abu Dhabi, UAE.- For storage tanks, Demin Water Storage Tank was designed for UCH Power Limited, Dera Murad Jamali, Balochistan, Pakistan using MS Excel sheets.This internship was more of research and designing, where I had to work individually most of the time.
