As well as ensuring that the project’s costs stayed in proportion to the costs expected. • Organising for the installation of the main services, specific landlord supplies, such as CCTV, and liaising with Nisa, to have the commercial unit fit out to their exact specifications. • Instructing on future planning activities, including arranging for the design and submission of applications with architects, and navigating the planning applications for the company. • Creating development proposals for new sites, and determining the profitability of future developments. • Sourcing land and property for future development or redevelopment.
