      In addition to supporting the NDT and composite inspection departments, I have also taken responsibility for the planning and logistics for the composite department. NDT manager, looking after a small team of 10 NDT technicians. I currently run a small composites department responsible for the manufacture of carbon gearbox maincases. I manage around 20 personnel in both laminating and fitting.
