      As a Lead, I managed a test team for a couple different Xbox 360 projects: Kinect Adventures, and Gears of War 3. I oversaw teams black-box testing content for each game. I was responsible for coordinating with the publishing test team, to make sure the test cases they requested were run in a thorough and timely manner, bugs were logged and tracked where appropriate, and that test results were reported back.
