Managing the marketing team and I am responsible for all growth activities.2. Collaborating with the growth and management team to set quarterly growth KPI's, and create strategies to achieve these KPIs.I executed a growth campaign that resulted in a 2.5X increase in daily number of rides from 8000 rides daily to 20,000 rides daily while acquiring an additional 5000 new users weekly with a Week on Week retention rate of 80%.Created and executed a campaign to increase cashless adoption among our users, which led to us going from 15% cashless customers to 70% cashless customers in less than 2 months.
