Monitoring statutory compliances: EPF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, LWF etc.Employee Relations and HR Operations: Managing end to end employee life cycle for the organization. On boarding/ Induction, Employee Engagement, handing questions and helping resolve work-related problems. Mediclaim. HR dashboard, HR budget. Exit findings and facilitate action planning. Calculating the final settlement. Conduct Exit processes document findings and cycle it back for process betterment.
