Had NextJs with TypeScript as a requirement but could chose the rest of the library used.- Worked alone on the frontend with 2 backend developers for months until a new developer joined the frontend.- The web app was for employees of a company so we had to respect their usage of the old webapp by providing a new modern interface without disturbing their habits of using it.   Acquisition by D2L in July 2024:Continuing the same position.Scrum Master (From August 2024 for a few weeks):- Leading a small team as Scrum Master for the next few weeks, overseeing sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and overall team coordination.Summer Interns Mentorship:Summer 2024 and 2023: - Teach, help and follow the progress of the summer interns in React - Providing them help when needed or writing ressources about React and H5P workflow with React. - Discussion with PO and Scrum master to adapt the requirements and Acceptance Criteria for their project and make sure they could achieve something.Development and Collaboration:H5P SaaS and the open source repositories: - Mainly using React and vanilla JS - Also had to adapt and learn PHP/Laravel to acquire skills in backend. - As I am curious and like to learn new stuff I also get my hands on simple things in AWS when needed to see how it works and to learn and improve myself. - Being in the core team for the open source repos, I also have to communicate and review contributors code when it fits the product, making sure the new code sticks with the standards of H5P Content Types Development.Accessibility: - Discuss solution with other developers and PO when needed to make sure about the solutions that would be best for our users. - Huge focus on text-to-speech and keyboard navigation.General: - Actively participating in project planning with the team - Emphasise on learning and knowledge sharing across the dev team to make sure we have things planned to learn, and progress all together. - Responsible of developers knowledge meeting: either to organise or keep a track on it – to be aware of what's happening around us in tech, do some challenge or exchange on an H5P topic together. Scrum Methodology:- Engaged in a Scrum team with developer-driven sprint lengths.- Facilitated daily standups, involving testers and designers, to ensure seamless project execution. Show less
