  I'm Responsible for 30 store of Tim Hortons in Abu Dhabi & Alain & these are my job description:* Trainer all the new employees.* Provide & conduct training courses for senior people to develop them according the succession plan of the company.* Conduct training for any product launch.* Conducting food safety audits in the store to maintain the brand standard.* Co-ordinator with ADAFCA for EFS Training & exam for the staff as it's mandatory.* Create online assessment links for the staff who completed their training & provide them with results.* Conducts these training courses ( Owning guest experience , All about coffee, Train the trainer , coffee captain ......etc.* Co-ordinate with AMs about the training requirements.* Maintaining high level of communication with the other divisions like ( HR, Marketing, Ops team & Supply Chain).* Creating monthly calendar & share with Ops team.* Provide store manager with constructive feedback through email to know the weakness & opportunities in his store also helping him/her to chance it to strength points.* Prepare & provide Master & Summary training report to the training manager weekly basis.
