      The Chamber of Commerce works to increase competitiveness of small and medium enterprises through external funding acquisitions and development activities, such as pro-export, pro-innovation and quality management systems.- Acquired $2.7 million in European Union grants for 50 small and medium enterprises to enable capital investments and business development. These funds were used to launch new products, and invest in expansions.- Trained over 450 employees in best practices of creating business plans and successful grant applications. - Organized the CEF Financial Conference, accompanied by the Warsaw Stock Exchange, in Warsaw, Poland.- Collected and analyzed data for grant applications, business plans and financial analysis for the Chamber as well as client companies. - Performed two internal audits as a certified ISO auditor, verified business procedures. - Lead project management of 8 business development projects which included, grant application, project implementation, quarterly reporting, budget tracking and expense reimbursement application. Received reimbursement for all of the expenses qualified as project related. - Served as a resource for other coworkers.
