      Leading and Managing International team of ASQ Engineers for the projects of OEM / Brands: BMW, Daimler, Audi, Porsche, VW, MAN, FCA, Maserati, Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, KIA, Volvo, GM:- Up to 8 direct reports. Functional responsibility for the oversee team.- Projects launches in 8 Europe plants (Mother/Techno plants) - plus JIT/JIS plants.Contribution to the system, processes & tools development for FCM Europe division and contribution to FCM Group. (Responsible from the early development phase – supplier’s ability to meet requirements in accordance to given specification until sufficient approval by Faurecia plant and production run 6 months after SOP.Working with OEM - Daimler, VW, Audi, Fiat (Alfa Romeo, Chrysler), Maserati- Manage risk assessment of parts / suppliers based on program data input and lessons learned from parts design, process and supplier performance point of view, follow up engineering changes in respect of process, part verification as the output from the technical review.- Manage project development planning with the suppliers in accordance to program timing, react to changes and information input from manufacturing, customer quality and design.- Track and follow up on key milestones in development phase – tooling design, tooling build, prototype parts, PT of off tools parts, PPAP samples. PPAP verification and close interface with program team for parts feedback.- Support control gauge development in cooperation with engineering and plant quality.- Manage with suppliers an evaluation and possible implementation of engineering change requirements from technical and timing point of view, coordinate with program team to align project planning with change impacts. - Manage process qualification at supplier – control plans, trial run at rate, MPT and process audits.- Provide support information on technical decision to ensure a defect-free process through program management.- Manage action plan with low performance suppliers involved in program in collaboration with SQ&D.- Manage action plans with supplier in case of process/part deviation.- Manage APQP and PPAP requirements; implementation of new database tool.Support during project lanuch in the plants.
