  #July, 14th 2017 - Ecoplásticos was incorporated by the Duraplast group.#From 2010 To date - Construction IndustryManufacturing products for construction stores within Salvador metropolitan area. Today we offer more than 100 products at 4 thousand clients at 5 different state. Since life expectancy of PE plastic bottle is 6months and PE plastic pipes is 50years, we calculate that each ton of recycle plastic used in our products is equivalent to 100 ton benefit in life expectancy. There are 30tons of recycling plastics from PE bottle in our product formulas today every month. Resulting in a 36.000ton year eco friendly project.2015 started 'rigid' pipes in PVC - consistenly expands revenues for next five years.2014 stablished co-manufacturing with partners in the South of Brazil - rapid expand its mix of products.2011 engineered a new concept and design for a 13l plastic bucket (PP injection) - "Ecobalde". 2010 started production of flexible pipes (PE extrusion) - "Ecoduto" 2010 transfered know how and machinery to its supply chain partners. This program helped the state of Bahia to raise its PE/PP recycling plataform from 300t/month to 1.000t/month in 2 years.#Before 2009 - RecyclingEcoplásticos started its operation in august 2005 as a recycling company. Focused in plastic bottle specific Polyethylene and Polypropylene. After 4 years the company had recycled more than 200Million plastic bottles. Resulting in a 1.500ton year eco friendly project. Resulting in 4 million reais in supply chain, 2.3million reais of direct wages, 2.5millions reais of investments in machinery and 1.6 million in tax paided. Solid waste recovered equivalent to 40,000 barrels of oil. Waste reprocessing steps were: separation, cleaning, grinding and primary industrialization.Ecoplásticos won the ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE - 2010 FIEB award. Show less

  Leading a team of 6 other undergraduate researchers, we build from scratch a multi unmanned aircraft system using DJi multirotors vehicles with Raspberry pi, working in a network with the use of Robot Operating System (ROS), Python, MAVROS and Optitrack system.With the use of FreeRTOS and C/C++ MSP430, also participated in the VCC Cube Satellite project for Virginia Tech, building the architecture and programming the software for the satellite that is schedule to launch by the end 2018.
