  This was a newly created project role, to enhance the Learning & Development capacity in our Victorian Office. This was an end to end role, partnering with all levels of the organization including New Starters, Managers, Talent Development and Senior Leadership to deliver additional training, support and coaching to our new hires. The role further developed to training across our Senior Consultant, Government PSA Consultant and newly appointed Management groups also. This role covered all aspects of the training cycle including evaluation and analysis, learning content design and scheduling, and facilitation of individual coaching sessions and group workshops, in conjunction with our Talent Development team and People Managers. The role also incorporated embedding our new CRM tool into the business to ensure it's use continued to improve and evolve. This included trouble-shooting, one to one and group training sessions.I was also chair of the Victorian State First Peoples at Page Committee, which championed Indigenous cultural awareness and inclusion within Page Group and with our broader external client base.
