  Global Business Development supports P&G's efforts of Connect+Develop, External Business Development, and Acquisitions and Divestitures. In this role I am responsible for Global Business Development's internal and external digital platforms as well as the digital content on those platforms.I also enable training in GBD as well as broader open innovation capablities. Responsibilities include: • Lead work to develop and deliver a new external website driving increased awareness of P&G as partner of choice and increased strategic innovation submissions • Help lead the work on GBD’s annual partner event, aiming to increase partner collaboration • Support GBD’s social media presence and strategy development • Engage and energize P&G C+D SPOC network to deepen business connections and external collaborations to help deliver on the Company's C+D goals. • Help deliver new internal site to promote understanding of C+D / GBD and increase strategic leveraging of C+D to drive the business. • Lead creation of a system that would enable collection and quick search of GBD landscaping and search analysis • Help create series of capability trainings for application across GBD • Enable global access to and collaboration on academic/institutional partnership to increase productivity, collaboration and partnerships projects • Develop GBD equity to build understanding and recognition of new organization Show less While working in Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs I spent 50% recruiting individuals with science backgrounds (biology, chemistry, etc.) with a range of degrees from Associates to PhDs. The other 50% of my time leading organizational branding and communications.
