  Working closely with the U.S. Embassy in Togo and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), the goal of the USAID/OTI-funded Littorals Regional Initiative (LRI) is to support U.S. foreign policy priorities to consolidate stability and prevent violent extremism in coastal countries, including Togo, Benin and Ghana. As the person responsible for the development and implementation of the Program in Togo, I have the following duties and responsibilities:- General supervision of the portfolio of activities in the target intervention areas - Design of new activities, including identification of local partners and potential beneficiaries, monitoring implementation to ensure timely completion of activities- Ongoing analysis of the socio-political and security context in the intervention zone. - Development of the theory of change at activity level, thinking strategically about the contribution of each activity to the overall program objective. - Drafting activity/project ideas with estimated budgets and presenting them in internal activity review meetings for discussion prior to presentation and validation by USAID/OTI.- Technical assistance to local partners and beneficiaries in the design of activities. - Lead the design and development of grant proposals, work with the grants team to write grant agreements, manage grant implementation, ensure Creative and OTI regulations, procedures and practices are followed. - Monitor the implementation of each activity in collaboration with Finance and Grants. - Monitor program compliance with all OTI and Creative procedure manuals.
