       Supervise and monitor the planning and implementation of academic quality activities. Ensure Internal Quality Assessments are conducted regularly and timely to improve the quality of academic programs at IMPERIA. Responsible to provide clear information on matters related with the private higher education and requirements in Malaysia, including ministry (MOHE), professional bodies (BOVEAP) and agency (MQA) requirements for approvals, accreditation and others. Ensure that all college license and accreditation requirements are identified and met. Develop professional communication and liaise with the relevant department at Imperia, to ensure a coordinated approach to work on accreditation and other matters related to regulatory compliance. Liaising with Ministries and Agencies, to ensure the efficient processing of approvals and accreditation required for the college and its programme. Responsible for the update of the relevant information in MQA-01 and MQA-02 for submission of programme approval and accreditation. Ensure the supporting documentation for submission for approvals and accreditations are in order for submission to MQA and MOHE. Current project, developing 5 new degree programs (MQA-01) in collaboration with PUTRA Business School, UPM Responsible for any audit processes conducted by authorities, professional bodies and rating agencies, ensuring that documentation is complete, and submissions are timely. To undertake other tasks related to Regulatory Compliance activities as requested by the CEO, principal and/or Registrar and supervise/monitoring other team members in Regulatory Compliance. Supporting the registrar in coordinating applications for new Edutourism programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia.
