  Create a list of props needed for rehearsals and for the show, including all furniture required for the set while maintaining the vision of the Artistic Director. Make notes of all pieces mentioned during rehearsals, and develop a way to acquire and or create each piece depending on need keeping the intention of the overall aesthetic of the show themes, plot, and effects all in an efficient manner as directed and experimented. Prior to the show opening and final staging, make sure all pieces involved are within your or another company persons custody as communicated and each one is ready for their intended use. Make sure every piece is in its place and an adequate amount of each as needed is placed and clearly marked. Engage in clear communication briefly with each actor on the location of a prop or other convenient location as needed for their characters intentions. Show less
