      American Medical Rehabilitation Providers Association (AMRPA) INDE Award Recipient American Medical Rehabilitation Providers Association Apr 2008 Award for participating in the task force in writing the commentary on the Medicare Program; Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility Prospective Payment System for Federal Fiscal Year 2008; Section II – “75 Percent Rule Policy” that was submitted to CMS on July 2, 2007. This paper was instrumental in the retention of the comorbidity clause for IRF patient admission delineated in the Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Extension Act of 2007.
