The PMC for the project was DAR Al-Handasah.He managed the Design & Build team overseeing the planning, site construction and management of the project. The team consists of 20 executives and 150 skilled and unskilled labours. Cypark was the main contractor for the design, supply & install hardscape works on granite coping/paving, vehicular and pedestrian precast concrete interlocking pavers/coping, road curb, terracotta tiles for planters coping/swimming pool decks and glass mosaic for swimming pools/water features. As it was a subcontract under Shimizu, he was tasked with the overall project management including risk management processes within the risk management plan adopted by Shimizu. Show less

It was a Design & Build project consisting of 4 elevated access ramps build to and from the new Istana Negara. The elevated bridge deck was constructed by precast box segment connected using post stressed tendons. The average size of the box segments is 2.5m x 7.7m x 4.1m with average weight of 40 tons. The foundation was constructed using bored piling method. There is also a 1.5m ID hand-dug caisson wall 150m long 20m high.As the Project Manager, apart from overall project management he was also tasked to perform the risk management processes for the project in accordance to the contract requirements administered by the Public Works Department, Malaysia.       MMC-GAMUDA KVMRT has been appointed by the Government of Malaysia to be the Project Delivery Partner (PDP) for the Klang Valley Mass Rail Transit (KVMRT) project in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The project GDV is in excess of RM 40 Billion. The 51km MRT rail project is further divided into smaller packages to be constructed by appointed Work Package Contractor.He was the PDP Project Manager for Package V5/S5 of the KVMRT Line 1 project. Risk Management is part of the emphasis in this PDP model.Apart from overall project management, he was also fully responsible for the implementation of risk management processes for the project. The project commenced in February 2012 and schedule for completion in June 2016:• Package V5 is a 5.4km elevated viaduct structure to carry MRT train. The viaduct structure is constructed with Segmental Box Girder (SBG) on 146 RC Piers averaging 25m high that sits on Bored Pile/Caisson substructure works.• Package S5 is for the construction of 4 elevated stations on the MRT line.• Package V5/S5 GDV is in excess of RM 1.2 Billion.       The Riyadh metro is a rapid transit system currently under construction in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ArRiyadh New Mobility (ANM) consortium has been awarded a US$5•9bn contract to design and build Line 3 of the metro, Qasr Al Hokom station and Western Station , which will be the longest line of the six lines in construction at 41.2km (26km Elevated + 4km At-Grade + 11.2km Underground sections) and includes 22 stations (10 Elevated + 4 Shallow + 8 Underground stations), 2 Depots and 6 Park&Ride facilities. The ANM consortium comprises of two groups. The Electrical and Mechanical equipment is to be delivered by the Electrical Work Group (EWG) comprising Ansaldo STS and Bombardier Transportation. Infrastructure will be delivered by the Civil Work Group (CWG) of Salini-Impregilo, Larsen & Toubro, and Nesma & Partners. Nesma & Partners Contracting Co. Ltd. is the engineering and construction division of Nesma Holding Co. Ltd. of Al-Khobar, KSA and is among Saudi Arabia’s leading engineering & construction companies.He was employed under Nesma & Partner and took up the role and responsibility as the Risk Manager for Civil Work Group (CWG) of ANM Consortium for Riyadh Metro Line 3 project.
